Today, I was to embark on a life changing journey. It was my plan to depart from Boston Massachusetts and land in Charleston West Virginia. The purpose was to compete for the coveted title of Mrs. International. Unfortunately, as hard as it is for me to understand, God has a plan of his own. After winning the title of Mrs. Massachusetts International, I’ve experienced a series of devastating blows. However, I continued to move forward and prepared for the competition. Unfortunately, my health and other circumstances is hindering me from competing. I would like to thank my sponsors Hidden Gemz, Crystal Gailliard, Angel Acquah, Annette Grant, Barbara Houston, Sharae LaPlanche and many supporters along the way. I would also like to thank Mary Richardson and International Pageants, Inc. for the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing organization. Best of Luck to all of the Mrs. International Contestants. It was a blessing to correspond with you throughout the year. My heart is with each and every one of you. Although I am sad, I realize that my journey is not over. The crown does validate me. I am a still a queen and will continue to represent my family and the great Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Best is yet to come!
